About Desert Ridge condos, townhomes, and patio homes

Condos, townhomes, and smaller single-family homes inside the Desert Ridge master plan.

Desert Ridge has four smaller-home communities that open the master plan up below $500,000: the gated Villages at Aviano townhomes, Bella Monte and La Verne condominiums, and the Fiesta patio homes. They put the same shopping, golf, trails, and medical campus within reach at a lower price point.

The Villages at Aviano is a gated townhome community with its own heated pool, and its owners also have access to the Aviano community center.

  • Condo financing depends on the complex. Ask your lender early whether the association meets their requirements.
  • Confirm HOA dues, rules, and any transfer fees for both associations before your inspection period ends.
