Kyle Hermann is born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, with deep roots in the local real estate industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, with a concentration in marketing and real estate, laying the foundation for a career that naturally aligned with his family’s long-standing involvement in residential and commercial development, property management, and brokerage ownership.

Kyle brings a genuine passion for residential real estate, where the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and market expertise allows him to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Known for his integrity and transparency, Kyle takes a consultative approach - educating clients at every step so they can make confident, informed decisions.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers in transactions exceeding $8,500,000, Kyle holds a Broker License - the highest level of real estate licensure in Arizona. His experience extends beyond resale transactions to include the purchase of new-construction homes, as well as managing his own investment properties and completing multiple full-scale renovations. This hands-on background provides clients with valuable insight into construction quality, contracts, negotiations, and long-term value.

Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. He also enjoys playing hockey, camping, and golfing throughout Arizona.
