Arizona Luxury Partners | Real Estate Group is a boutique team of three senior advisors at RE/MAX Fine Properties in Scottsdale: Kyle Hermann, Cheryl Solano, and Art Buck. Small and senior, backed by a global brand
You work directly with one of three experienced advisors, not a rotating assistant. Kyle and Cheryl formed Arizona Luxury Partners to combine their marketing and reach more clients, then joined RE/MAX Fine Properties for its credibility, office support, and worldwide referral network.
We understand how homes are built
Art spent years in executive sales and marketing roles with Fortune 100 developers, private golf communities, and resort developments including the Ritz-Carlton. Kyle grew up in a family involved in development, property management, and brokerage, and has bought new construction, owns investment property, and has completed multiple full renovations. That shows up in how we read construction quality, contracts, and long term value.
Local roots and real discretion
Kyle was born and raised in Scottsdale, and Art is a lifelong Arizonan who has lived in his Cactus Corridor home for more than 25 years. We know these neighborhoods street by street. And when a client values privacy, we protect it. Some of our sales never appear on public listing sites at our clients' request.

Meet your advisors
Three senior advisors. One standard of service.
Kyle was born and raised in Scottsdale and earned his degree from Arizona State University with a concentration in marketing and real estate. He holds a Broker License, the highest level of real estate licensure in Arizona, and has represented buyers and sellers in transactions exceeding $8.5 million. His background in new construction, investment property, and full-scale renovations gives clients a clear read on construction quality, contracts, and long term value. Clients know him for integrity, transparency, and explaining every step so they can make confident decisions. He is a member of the RE/MAX Chairman's Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Before real estate, Cheryl spent 18 years ranking among the top salespeople in the country for Coca-Cola, Computer Associates, and Sun Microsystems. She has been a consistent top producer in real estate ever since and holds the ABR, CRS, SRS, and SFR designations. She runs a dedicated practice in Desert Mountain and works throughout Scottsdale, DC Ranch, and Paradise Valley. She is known for a straightforward approach and strong negotiating, guided by honesty, experience, knowledge, and integrity. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
Art is a lifelong Arizonan with a degree in Real Estate and Business from Arizona State University, and a licensed broker in both Arizona and California. His career includes executive sales and marketing roles with Fortune 100 development companies, exclusive private golf communities, and international resort developments including the Ritz-Carlton. For the last decade he has listed and sold homes in DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Desert Mountain, and Mirabel. He serves on a Scottsdale Police Department Citizen Advisory Committee and is a past Vice President of the Thunderbird Field II Veterans Memorial. His RE/MAX honors include the Hall of Fame, Platinum Award, and 100% Club.
