What each list means

The same activity agents watch every morning, in plain English.

New listings

Homes that came on the market during the time you picked, newest first. Good homes in hot areas can go under contract within days.

Price reductions

Active listings whose price changed during the time you picked. Nearly all are reductions, which can signal a seller ready to negotiate.

Back on market

Listings that went active again after time off the market, often because a buyer's contract fell through. A second chance at a home you may have missed.

Under contract

Homes that accepted an offer and are now pending. Useful for seeing what is selling and how fast in a neighborhood.

Just sold

Sales that closed during the time you picked. The best guide to what homes are really worth right now.

How to use the hot sheet

Three taps and you are looking at the freshest homes in the market.

Hot sheet questions, answered

What is an MLS hot sheet?

A hot sheet is the daily list of market activity agents use to stay on top of the market: new listings, price changes, homes back on the market, new contracts, and closed sales. This page shows the same activity from the Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS), so you see what agents see.

How often is the hot sheet updated?

The results come live from the MLS every time you open the page or change a filter, so a home that is listed or reduced this morning shows up right away.

Which areas does it cover?

All of Greater Phoenix in Maricopa County by default, or one city at a time, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, and the East and West Valley.

What kinds of homes are included?

Homes, condos, and townhomes for sale. Land, rentals, and commercial property are not included.

Can I get new listings sent to me automatically?

Yes. Tell us the areas, price range, and type of home you want, and we will set up an MLS search that emails you matching homes as soon as they are listed or reduced.

Why can't I see expired or cancelled listings?

MLS rules allow those statuses to be shared with agents but not shown on public websites. If you want to know about a home that came off the market, ask us and we can look it up for you.

Want new listings before everyone else?

We will set up a custom MLS search that sends you matching homes the moment they hit the market.
