In the first week of May 2023, the two most expensive homes sold in metro Phoenix were both purchased by clients of Arizona Luxury Partners. The Arizona Republic reported both sales in its weekly Done Deals column on May 22, 2023: an $8,572,520 cash purchase in north Scottsdale's Silverleaf community and a $6,000,000 estate in Fountain Hills. Kyle Hermann and the ALP team represented the buyers on both.

The short version Arizona Luxury Partners represented the buyers of the #1 and #2 priciest metro Phoenix home sales for the first week of May 2023, as reported by the Arizona Republic. Together the two purchases totaled more than $14.5 million.

The #1 sale: Silverleaf, $8,572,520 cash

The top sale of the week was an 8,871 square foot mansion in Silverleaf, the guard gated community in the upper canyon of DC Ranch in north Scottsdale. According to the Arizona Republic, the home has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, imported marble slabs, waterfall kitchen islands, and a six car garage. Our clients paid cash. The listing was held by Laura Briggs of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.

The #2 sale: Fountain Hills, $6,000,000

The second priciest sale was a 10,480 square foot Fountain Hills estate on four acres, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The article describes Italian granite walls at the entry, Italian basalt floors, Brazilian teak ceilings, a black onyx negative edge saltwater pool, and an outdoor kitchen, shower, and bathtub.
