Raptor Retreat is one of the two gated enclaves that make up The Retreat at Grayhawk, and home to the largest lots and the custom homes in the sales we reviewed. Neighborhoods include Halcon Villas, Halcon Vistas, Serenity, Volare, Crown Point Norte, Los Vientos, Firenze, and the Avian townhomes.
Grayhawk Golf Club's Raptor course was designed by Tom Fazio and opened in 1995, a year after the Talon course. Between the two Retreats there are seven community pools, seven spas, and six tennis courts.
