Seven Desert Mountain is the newest neighborhood inside Desert Mountain: a 90 acre development that opened in spring 2019 beside the No. 7 course, with up to 190 homes, according to the club's 2025 Seven overview sheet. It was conceived by The M3 Companies and developed by a partnership of M3 and The Van Tuyl Companies, and Bill Brownlee and Wendell Pickett of Greey Pickett designed the community and the course.
The sheet lists three builders: Cullum Homes (The Village), 33 homesites of 8,000 to 13,000 square feet with homes of 3,300 to 6,500+ square feet; Camelot Homes (Villas), 49 homesites of 6,500 to 8,000 square feet with homes of 2,700 to 4,700 square feet; and Market Street Homes (Retreat), 45 single level stacked flats of 2,400 to 2,700 square feet. The club describes Seven as a 24 hour guarded gate community.
Membership works differently here. The club says all Seven properties are deed restricted to require club membership, that buyers must apply and receive an invitation to join, that Full Golf, Seven Golf and Lifestyle memberships are reserved for approved Seven buyers, that those buyers are not subject to the wait list, and that the membership is issued at close of escrow. Confirm current terms with the club before you commit. Desert Mountain here means listings in ZIP code 85262 whose MLS subdivision name includes Desert Mountain, which is how most homes inside the gates are recorded. The MLS usually does not record the village, and a few homes may be filed under another subdivision name.
